You can customize the width of the socks by changing to a smaller needle size (2.50-2.00 mm). In this pattern the cuff is knitted with 2.50 mm needles where the heel and foot is knitted with 2.25 mm needles.
The length of the socks will be determined by foot size; for size 36-38(39) foot fits 3 pattern stripes before decreases whereas size (39)40-42 foot fits 4 pattern stripes before decreases.
